The crypto market cap rose about 0.86 per cent to $1.07 trillion, even as its trading volume was down by 1.26 per cent to $49.36 billion, according to data from Coinmarketcap.com at 11.00 am IST.
Today’s top gainer was SingularityNET (AGIX); it was up 41.05 per cent at $0.5925. The top loser was UNUS SED LEO (LEO), which was trading at $3.36 with a loss of 6.71 per cent in the last 24 hours on Tuesday morning.
Cryptocurrency Prices
Bitcoin: BTC gained 0.33 per cent to $22,918.24. BTC’s trade on February 7, 2023 was highly volatile with its price trading in a narrow and confined range between $22,978 and $22,905. Around 9.20 pm IST on February 6, 2023, BTC experienced a sudden surge in price that lasted for half an hour. Since then, prices remained in the green till 4.35 am on February 7, 2023.
The lowest price for BTC was $22,692.03. BTC’s trading volume was up by 20.84 per cent at $24,329,888,222.
Ethereum: ETH’s price gained 1.16 per cent to $1,634.88 in the last 24 hours to Tuesday morning.
ETH was also experiencing a volatile trade similar to BTC. Around 9 pm on February 6, 2023, prices rose rapidly. ETH’s price surged from $1,625 to $1,652 within 35 minutes. Its trading volume levels surged from $7.08 billion to $7.35 billion.
The lowest price for ETH was $1,611.32. ETH’s trading volume was up by 2.20 per cent at $6,830,782,991.
Other Altcoins: Solana’s (SOL) price was up by 0.19 per cent at $23.11 today.
Ripple (XRP) was down by 0.52 per cent at $0.3962 and its 24-hour trading volume was $947,807,478.
Cardano (ADA) was down by 1.08 per cent to $0.3866. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was down by 19 per cent to $299,199,126.
Binance (BNB) was up by 1.63 per cent to $328.01. Its 24-hour trading volume was down by 26.41 per cent to $490,065,061.

Dogecoin fell 0.39 per cent to $0.09094. Its 24-hour trading volume was down 33.02 per cent to $462,229,805.
Shiba Inu was down by 1.62 per cent to $0.00001418.
Decentralised Finance (DeFi)
Yearn.Finance (YFI) was up by 1.41 per cent to $7,620.96. Its 24-hour trading volume was down by 6.98 per cent to $25,833,415.
Avalanche (AVAX) was up by 1.26 per cent at $20.05 and its 24-hour trading volume was down by 28.84 per cent to $237,608,201.
Aave (AAVE) was trading with a gain of 2.31 per cent at $86.74 and its 24-hour trading volume was at $58,562,236.
