This April, The Nautilus will welcome for the first time, two experts from Ananda for an exclusive wellness retreat at The Nautilus with daily classes, workshops and guided sessions in yoga, meditation and presenting Ananda&rsquos signature gourmet wellness cuisine.

From April 7 to 11, 2022, guests at The Nautilus can join the exclusive and progressive four-day wellness retreat with traditional daily morning yoga and early evening meditation sessions as the cornerstone of the programming. Nautilus guests can participate in daily morning practice of Asanas, Pranayama and Mantra chanting. The early evening meditation sessions are aimed at progressively taking the journey of body and mind forward, going deeper into mental stability and clarity.

In today&rsquos challenging times, many people are struggling to find balance in their busy lives. Yoga is proven to centre oneself, with tools powerful enough to make our bodies healthy, our minds calm, and help us realise a higher purpose of living. The yoga at Ananda is rooted to the traditional Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga systems, the most authentic forms of yoga in India.

The four-day retreat at The Nautilus curated by Ananda in the Himalayas, will be led by Sandeep Agarwalla, Ananda&rsquos head of yoga, and provides an opportunity to understand and practice the traditional asanas, pranayama and meditation in a natural and pure environment. The yoga and meditation are offered in a progressive format where guests can build upon the practice each day. The group format sessions encourage social interaction amongst the group members and the yoga master.

The immersive wellness experience is enhanced with the unique Ananda gourmet Ayurvedic cuisine offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nautilus guests can nurture their body with healthy gourmet cuisine prepared by Ananda in the Himalayas&rsquo executive chef Diwaker Balodi. The specially curated daily selection of dishes is prepared with fresh ingredients using Ayurvedic principles of cooking and will be customised to suit each guest&rsquos body type to nourish and heal from within. Nautilus guests who wish to learn more about Ayurvedic principles of cooking are invited to attend the Special Ayurvedic Masterclass curated by Ananda&rsquos executive chef.

The awakening&nbspretreat can be booked for $2,550 plus 10% service charge and taxes per person and is limited to an intimate group of nine guests. For availability and terms & conditions, please contact sales@thenautilusmaldives.com.
