The restaurant has introduced a limited edition 5-course meal experience, you can order from the comfort of your home. The Hakkasan at Home includes the restaurant's signature Cantonese dishes along with new creations.
The set menu features a soup, a choice of two small eats, a main to compliment your staple and a dessert. Order in favourites like Hot and Sour Soup or Sweet Corn Soup, Small Eats like Spicy Chicken Dumpling, Crispy Duck Roll, Edamame Truffle Dumpling and Carrot Cake. Signature wok preparations include Sanpei Chicken Claypot with sweet basil, chilli and spring onion, Chilli prawns with mantou and Stir-fry French beans in black bean, peanuts, radish and mushrooms. The rice and noodle options include Spring Onion Egg Fried Rice, Hakka Hand-Pulled Noodle with Shimeji mushroom and bean sprout, and Vegetable Fried Rice. Round off your meal with an indulgent Chocolate Moon Cake, a shortcrust pastry stuffed with dark chocolate custard.
