The teen horror television series is based on the 1973 novel of the same name by Lois Duncan. The ongoing series started on October 15 this year. The show follows a mysterious group of teenagers living in Hawaii.
The Hawaii Escape tour is being organised by California headquartered Contiki, a tour company which essentially caters to 18- to 35-year-olds.

The tour includes visits to bright beaches, dark jungles and hidden secrets of Hawaii in Oahu and Maui. Highlights include exploring Oahu’s waterfalls on a locally guided jeep tour, tasting organic produce at the Kahumana Farm, a snorkelling tour to Molokini with a stop at the turtle town, traditional Hawaiian feasts (luaus) by the sea and pool parties, and of course, the surprise elements which the organisers are keeping a secret.

The tour company is holding a contest open to legal residents of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and the United Kingdom at the time of entry where a lucky winner will win a seat on this themed tour to Hawaii, flights included.
