If the Taj Wellington Mews Luxury Residences, located in the Colaba neighbourhood of Mumbai, has been your preferred place of stay on the west coast, then there is good news for you. Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has come up with a similar luxury address on the east coast too – Taj Wellington Mews Chennai.
Located on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), now popularly known as the ‘IT Corridor of Chennai’, this five-star apartment hotel is about 13km away by road from the airport.
Taj Wellington Mews Chennai, set back from the busy road, has 112 fully furnished serviced apartments.
Starting with a waterfall and a striking 45feet tall chandelier at the entrance, the property takes pride in its incorporation of local art forms and motifs contemporised through modern aesthetics.
