In a recent update, Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) has announced a 30 percent discount to tourists travelling via road in the government buses.
To make it a hassle-free process, authorities are planning on embedding an option of booking rooms directly on the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) website. While booking a bus ticket, passengers will be able to book hotel rooms with a 30 percent discount.

According to the announcement made by RTDC, government employees can avail 30 percent discount, while women and disabled passengers will receive a 25 percent discount, and senior citizens will get a 20 percent discount.
The state tourism department will also provide a 50 percent discount on room tariffs to government officials who are unable to book government guest houses in the state.
