According to a recent tweet from Madame Tussauds in London, they have redressed the wax statue of the President in a golfing attire, which they believe will be his potential wardrobe. In his new avatar, Trump is dressed in a purple shirt and check trousers with a red cap on his head. According to media reports, Trump was engaged in a game of golf when the results were formally declared for the 2020 elections, and Democrat Joe Biden was declared the winner.
Prior to this, the wax statue was dressed in a black suit with a red tie, Trump’s signature presidential attire.
According to a note in the website of Madame Tussauds London, Donald J Trump’s ‘first figure was launched in Madame Tussauds New York in 1997, long before he entered the world of politics’. It also said that Trump ‘gave a sitting for his first wax figure, where hundreds of measurements and photos were taken in order to recreate a perfect likeness’.
