Where can you get the sizzle of a freshly-seared Argentinean steak, the spice of an Indian chaat item and the crunch of a wood-fired marinara pizza all in one place? No place other than the Dubai Food Fest, an annual event that calls itself a ‘celebration of all things gastronomic’.  The event goes on for more than a fortnight in UAE’s most cosmopolitan city, from February 21 till March 9, 2019. Its most exciting property is undoubtedly Restaurant Week, a haloed seven-day period in which the finest & diniest of Dubai’s restaurants open up their doors for an unbelievable deal: a 3-course meal at AED 199 per person. Don’t accuse us of name-dropping here but some of these are Morimoto Dubai, Seven Sands, Gaucho and the 360-degree venue, Observatory.

Beach Canteen, on the other hand, is a fun-for-all event that takes place at Sunset Beach. Gather around with your friends and family to grab a bite from different food stalls here and even attend live cooking workshops. At the Street Food Fair, which is being held in City Walk, you can try out street food delicacies from around the world from February 28 – March 2.

Lastly, there'll also be 16-course dining experinces, cooking workshops, a two-day cheese festival and meetups with celebrity chefs to add the zing! to the event.
