The Panj Takht Express will connect five Gurudwaras of the country from the states of Punjab, Bihar and Maharashtra

The special train by the Indian Railways would drift over the tracks from January 14 covering five major gurudwaras of the country. The Panj Takht Express would cater the Sikh pilgrims with the perfect journey to all those sacred places avoiding all the worries about transportation and stay. Forget all the hassle of visiting a gurudwara cause IRCTC has everything harmonized for you. You just have to relax and pay your visit to all five of them in one go!

The 10 day journey will start from Delhi covering three gurudwaras in Punjab, one in Bihar and the last one in Maharashtra. The 3-tier all AC train will have 800 seats and would cost around 15750 to visit all the five thakts. The fare would provide three vegetarian meals a day, night stays, travel insurance and sightseeing transfers. This is the perfect journey for the Sikh devotees who always wished to visit these prominent thakts.

The train would cover Sri Akal Takht at Amritsar, Takht Keshgarh Sahib at Sri Anandpur Sahib and Takht Sri Damdama Sahib at Bhatinda in Punjab while Takht Sri Patna Sahib at Patna in Bihar, and Takht Sri Hazur Sahib at Nanded in Maharashtra. This special tourist train is a great way to visit these holy places at a stretch and spend some quality time in peace.
