Goa provides country’s first wheelchair taxi service for the people with mobility problems

The golden beaches and the renowned historical sites of Goa will now witness tourists with mobility challenges enjoying the beauty of the place. The smallest state in India takes a huge inspiring step by providing wheel chair taxi services to the handicapped with guided tours across the state. Ezy Mov which is the service provider aims to turn every tourist destination in Goa accessible to all. Everyone with mobility issue is now provided with the opportunity to experience the rich heritage of this former Portuguese province.

The taxis by Ezy Mov are installed with world class hydraulic lift and wheelchair control technology for the comfort of the passengers. Driven by a group of professional drivers the firm has completed 100000 successful rides. Ezy Mov has collaborated with another travel firm known as Enable Travel which organises travel expeditions for the differently-abled. With the goal of creating accessible tourism measures in India, this act can boost the tourism of the country if adopted in various tourist destinations. This noble act has unlocked a new unimpeded world to explore for the physically disabled.

Ezy Mov is planning to expand its services to railways, airlines and road transports to ensure complete satisfactory journey for the elderly and disabled. The coconut groves and the ancient churches are calling every traveller to the tourism hub of India because it’s now open for all!
