One very good reason to fly KLM business class, apart from the obvious comfort, is to collect one of these complimentary Delft blue-and-white porcelain reproductions of old Dutch canal houses. As of 2008, KLM offered 88 different houses, enough to keep you flying for many years &mdash and a new house is added on October 7 (KLM&rsquos anniversary) every year. The houses vary in size from 2 to 4 inches, and are filled with Bols Jenever, a Dutch liqueur made from juniper berries. Prior to these houses, KLM used to give its passengers the iconic Delft blue tiles. The impetus for these houses came from a rule that limited the value of gifts given by airlines to its customers to 75 US cents. The Delft blue tiles previously given by KLM broke the rule, but these &lsquoliqueur containers&rsquo didn&rsquot, since there were no restrictions on serving duty-free alcohol
