The realm is distrait owing to Covid 19 and it's vital to unwind. Here are some of the best activities, to escape to in ultimate style absolutely safely…and of course once you are fully vaccinated and ready to roll.

Where: Huvahendhoo Island, South Ari Atoll, The Maldives

Unwind with the sounf of ocean waves in the serenity of a magical Maldivian island with an all-inclusive 5-star hideaway at Lily Beach Resort. The experience at the award-winning Tamara spa is unforgettable. And a day drip on the Hamacland is a must. Anchored in the middle of the Indian Ocean, Hamacland offers an exceptional Maldivian experience where you can squander away time on a floating island, secluded in a lagoon far away from anyone else.

Go snorkelling, read a book, or just relax and appreciate the unspoiled milieu, enclosed by all the hues of blues. A sunbed in the middle of the ocean, just for you, with a tray of fruit and a glass of sparkling wine at arm’s reach... this is the definition of indulgence and luxury.

Where: The Regent, Charlottenstraße 49, 10117 Berlin, Germany

Located at The Regent Hotel, Fishers Fritz Berlin’s only two Michelin star restaurant overlooks Berlin’s numero uno square, the Gendarmenmarkt. It’s a regal setting for Chef Christian Lohse’s French-influenced creations which have been awarded two Michelin stars. Fish is the star here, and the seafood self-effacingly good and absolutely must be tried. The roasted cod with borscht vegetables and coriander whey is gobsmackingly good, for example. The gorgeous set menus are worth indulging on, while there are great meat options to choose from as well. Another star here is the crispy baked onsen egg with black chanterelles, cauliflower purée with lemon salt and lobster bisque. All the flavours are in harmony, chanterelle is misty and yet retains its sap and a bit of chewiness. The lobster bisque borrows a wonderful, light foamy texture and the onsen egg is amazingly fresh, fried to perfection, golden in colour. So breaking the egg is a feast to the eye.

Where: Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai

The Armani Dubai is one of the finest locations for shopping in Dubai. And the Armani Dubai Suite is one of its kind with added space and style devised by the inimitable Giorgio Armani - 390 square metres of wholesome extravagance, relaxation and leisure makes up the intuitively designed living space with two magnificently appointed bedrooms, reserved living and dining rooms, a study and a private gym.

No detail is forgotten, no enhancement ignored. This stupendous suite is situated on level 39 and porticos face the Arabian Gulf, with stunning city views. It has an astonishing spherical entrance lobby with three fixture powder rooms and a storing closet. Treat yourself to a meal experience at Armani Amal on the terrace, the superlative Indian restaurant of Dubai.

Where: Avenue Bab Jdid. 40 040 Marrakech Maroc

To commence the ritual at this oustanding hamam, an ingenious mixture of olive paste and plant essences called ‘black soap’ is applied. It prepares the skin for exfoliation while circulating subtle notes of eucalyptus and neroli. Your skin gets cleansed with the help of a kessa glove, removing dirt and grime from the epidermis in order to stimulate cell revitalisation and blood circulation. A body mask called ghassoul is used to coat your body. The clay in this is sourced from the valleys of the Middle Atlas, and cleanses the epidermis, restores your skin with mineral salts and oligo-elements, thus rekindling a concentrated feeling of purity. To close this ritual, the massage at La Mamounia transports you to heaven as it promotes a deep sense of relaxation.

Where: D’ Angleterre hotel, Kongens Nytorv 34, 1050 København, Denmark

An exemplary abode of flamboyance and elegance with a touch of Scandinavian legacy in the prosperous D’ Angleterre Hotel in Copenhagen, Marchal restaurant is known for top quality confections.  In association with KRUG Champagne, D’Angleterre has re-imagined the perfect English Afternoon /High Tea, and serves it in the gorgeous Gallery Hall with tall ceilings and striking chandeliers.
