MA’S SOUL KITCHEN, KOLKATA
On the Menu: Bengali, Anglo Indian, Mughlai, Dry Cakes

This home kitchen caters to select clientele with advance orders. On offer are freshly prepared home-cooked items, running the gamut from the best of Bengali, lost Anglo Indian recipes and some Kolkata favourites like cutlets, fries, and Mughlai. Chef owner Srabani Mukherjee has been an hotelier most of her life and has followed up on her passion for cooking and love for food. It is during the pandemic that she was encouraged by her family to begin a home kitchen to cater to safe, hygienic, and delicious home-cooked meals.

BOJUS KITCHEN, DELHI
On the Menu: Darjeeling

This is a family business started by members of three generations during the pandemic. The sole purpose was to introduce the taste of authentic Darjeeling momos in Delhi. The chefs are the grandmother and mother. Both have grown up in Ghoom, near Darjeeling, and the taste and recipes are drawn from there.

Passionate about cooking since a young age, Executive Chef Hussain spent his emergent years in Chennai where his rendezvous with the kitchen began with a humble omelette sandwich.
