With just a day left for the Union Budget 2023-24, all eyes are now set on the biggest financial event of the country. Ahead of the Parliamentary Budget Session 2023 scheduled to begin at 11 am, Prime Minister (PM) Modi has addressed the media and country. In his address, PM Modi, referring to this year's budget said, "India first, citizen first."

Adding to this, PM Modi also said that the Budget 2023 is strategically very important as not just the citizens of India but even the world is looking at India's Budget 2023-24. With a grim global outlook and many experts believing it to be India's year, the Budget 2023 becomes more important in order to save the Indian economy.

It must also be noted that the Parliamentary Session of the Union Budget 2023-24 has started from today, January 31, 2022. At 11 am, President Droupadi Murmu is expected to address the joint session of both houses. Following this, the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman wil be tabling the Economic Survey 2023, which will list detailed information on the Indian economy's outlook.

Following the tabling of the Economic Survey 2023 by the Finance Minister, the CEA of the country will address a press conference at 2 pm explaining the finer nuances of the Economic Survey.
