Often people wonder that which are the best companies to work for in India. The professional networking platform LinkedIn may have answered this question for many. The seventh edition of the annual LinkedIn top companies 2023 list has been released and India’s Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has grabbed the top spot. However, possibly due to the turmoil in the tech sector with mass layoffs, this year’s LinkedIn Top Companies list saw a shift from tech companies to financial services, gaming etc.
For those not familiar with the LinkedIn Top Companies 2023 list – the platform ranks the companies based on eight parameters. These are ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, educational background and employee presence in the country.
However, in order to be eligible for the list, all companies must have had at least 500 employees as of December 31, 2022. Other factors like attrition and layoffs were also considered by making the list. Let’s take a look at top companies for 2023.
