Violence Grips Allahabad University After Declaration of Students' Union Poll Results

Major protests erupted between student leaders after the declaration of the student union election results in the Allahabad university on Saturday.

Protesters set ablaze hostel rooms and even hurled bombs. Instances of clashes with police forces were also reported from the university campus.
