Shiv sena supremo Bal Thackeray today praised prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, saying he has shown grace by inviting Pakistan military ruler Gen Pervez Musharraf for talks to seek peaceful solution to bilateral problems.
If he (Musharraf) accepts the invitation then it is good for us and even if he does not then also it is good as we will know his intentions, Thackeray told reporters after inaugurating an auditorium in Kalyan in Neighbouring thane district.
The ball is in the Pakistan's military ruler's court, the sena chief quipped.
Thackeray, a vocal critic of unilateral ceasefire initiative in Jammu and Kashmir, also welcomed BJP-led NDA government's move to call off the ceasefire.

The recent steps taken by centre should send a positive signal to Pakistan that India truly wants to resolve bilateral disputes amicably, he said.
Thackeray, whose party is a constituent of NDA ruling coalition, had earlier been criticising Vajpayee's bus trip to Lahore, the unilateral ceasefire and India-Pakistan cricket matches.
