The two-time champions will be hoping to build a positive momentum agaist the visitors. Odisha FC have also registered one win in five matches, but are currently sixth in the table, with Chennaiyin stuck at ninth.
The home side's head coach, John Gregory emphasized that Chennaiyin can build a good run after their previous win. "I’ve never lost my belief in the squad. You have to try and find the right formula to get the best out of the players and we have tried a few permutations. When Andre (Schembri) came on the other night we looked a little more threatening, but that was only after 75 minutes. So, we played without any fear of defending," he said during the pre-match press conference.

Meanwhile, Odisha FC head coach, Josep Gombau praised Chennaiyin FC. "I think tomorrow will be a very interesting game against a very good side because I like Chennaiyin and what they did in their last game. Every game in the ISL is equal and hopefully, with the work we have been doing so far, I think we can get a good result," he said.
Gombau also has a fully-fit squad in his disposal.
