Sending a notice to Centre over National Herald case, the Supreme Court on Friday said the Congress party-linked newspaper will not be evicted from its Delhi office, for now, NDTV reported on Friday.

The apex court order came after hearing a request of National Herald's publisher, the Associated Journals Ltd (AJL), which requested to cancel a Delhi High Court order of February which had directed the newspaper to vacate the Delhi office premises.
