Tendulkar, with 37 centuries to his name, said he would not put himself under pressure by thinking too muchabout scoring a ton when India take on England atLord's on Thursday.

"This is the ground all players dream of getting a hundred, I am nodifferent, I would want to get one. May be three hundreds in all the Testswill be good," Tendulkar said.

He hastened to add "I don't want to put any pressure on myself because of not beingable to do that (score a century). In Test cricket I have missed out, but in thegame between MCC XI and Rest of the World I had managed to get one."

Tendulkar said love for the game kept him going and he would hang up hisboots once he felt that he was not enjoying the game anymore.

"I am absolutely enjoying it. That is the reason for me to walk on the field and the rest of the things follow. The most important thing is mylove for the game and when I feel I am not enjoying it, there would be noreason for me to be out in the middle. But at this moment, I am enjoying it," he said.

Tendulkar said he normally did not set targets because he wanted to play witha free mind.

"I don't set targets as I know vaguely what has to be done in aseries, but I would not let that dominate the rest of the things. You want to keepyour mind as free as possible and that is what is needed.

"Setting targets is important as sitting back at home or in the hotelroom you know what to contribute to the team. That is my target to contribute tothe team to the best of my abilities.

"In fact, I never disclose my targets as such. Certain things I keep tomyself and not even my family knows about them. Those things motivate me to go outand do well on the field," he said.

Asked whether it would be his last tour of England, Tendulkar said, "Godknows what is in store but the previous tour was in 2002 and the next one is in2011/12, so may be.

"We can't take tomorrow for granted. Right now, I want to do isconcentrate on this series and I don't want todivide my energy into various directions."

He, however, savoured his memories associated with Lord's

"It is extremely special to play here. The first time I saw Lord's on TVwas when India won the 1983 World Cup. I was only 10 then, did not what washappening but I joined the celebrations. I was too young to follow what washappening. So there are a lot of fond memories and one would definitely want tomake the most of the outing here."

Tendulkar went down memory lane when he first played his first Test here as ateenager in 1990.

"(Graham) Gooch, (Mohd) Azhar (uddin) and Robin Smith got brilliant hundreds. Itook a goodcatch and that is about it.

"I remember visiting this ground as a 14-year-old with the Star cricketteam and sat here next to the sight screen and took a photo. As a kid you havebig dreams and one of them was playing at Lord's."

Asked about his first Test hundred, Tendulkar said "the first Testhundred is always special and it came at a critical moment and kept us alive inthe series.

"Everybody wants to get better with time or at least think he is abetter player. When you play for 17-18 years, you learn a lot of things and youexperience a lot of things, those things help you when you go out there. Theopposition gives some particular signals and your experience helps you to handlethem."

Asked about manager Chandu Borde, he said, "Chandu Borde was my managerwhen I was first picked to play against Pakistan. He is a wonderful person andhas seen a lot of cricket. His presence has helped us a lot."

Tendulkar said the seniors were always there to take responsibility.

"Eventually what matters is what you are doing on the field. Off thefield you may have a lot of things, but on the field we seniors have alwaystaken responsibility. It really does not matter who the captain is, whatmatter is that the seniors and juniors get together and put up a goodshow."
