The trailer for Alia Bhatt- Varun Dhawan starrer Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya was released today and no surprises there, became a hit with fans in no time.
Revamping the classic Tamma Tamma song from 1989 film Thanedaar, Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya evokes the nineties classic with the coming of age bollywood remix.
The next installment of Humpty Sharma ki Dulhaniya franchise, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan wows the audience with their effortless chemistry in Badrinath... too.
Returning as the lead pair, this time, Varun Dhawan aka Badrinath aka Badri attempts to win the heart of his love interest Vaidehi, played by Alia Bhatt.

The trailer introduces us to Badri, a naive and slightly eccentric character who is of the view that 'prem ka samay toh kabka khatm ho gya. Hum toh seedha shadi rachaenge'. (Love is passe, I will get married now straightaway).
Smitten by Vaidehi, Badri seems to be trying hard to woo her, even as she constantly rejects him, reminding him his inability to calculate 'Simple Interest and Compound interest', while he reminds her how nice a man he is. "Arey, hum bhot achhe ladke hai. Tumhara khayal rakhenge." ( I am a very nice man, I will take good care of you)

With Shashank Khaitan in the director's chair and Dharma Productions to back it up, the trailer promises to recreate the magic of its predecessor Humpty Sharma ki Dulhaniya and be yet another Karan Johar classic Bollywood hot shot.
