When is the Bangladesh Foreign Minister visiting India?

As you know the Bangladesh High Commissioner called on the External Affairs Minister yesterday. Later inthe evening the External Affairs Minister called the Bangladesh Foreign Minister and spoke to him. TheExternal Affairs Minister had already invited in August last year the Bangladesh Foreign Minister to visitIndia. He renewed the invitation and the dates will be worked out through diplomatic channels.

So the 213 Bangladeshi citizens have gone back to Bangladesh. Will there still be a visit?

Well, every country has a system by which nationality is defined and citizenship is defined. Where thereare problems, then there are agreed modalities for verification.

Why is BDR denying that these 213 people have gone back to Bangladesh?

No, it is my understanding that they have all returned home in Bangladesh and not a single person hasentered India. Thank You.
