Japanese carmaker Honda has launched the all-new Civic in India, at prices ranging from Rs 17.70 lakh to Rs 22.30 lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi). It is available in three variants, V, VX and ZX. And while the petrol variant can only be had with a CVT, the diesel comes with a manual gearbox only. Also, the base-spec V variant is only available with a petrol engine. Price - Rs 17.70 lakh (ex-showroom India)

The base-spec V variant gets the following features:

Safety: Dual front and front side airbags (total: 4), vehicle stability assist, agile handling assist, hill start assist, ABS with EBD, brake assist, electronic parking brake with auto brake hold, reverse camera with rear parking sensors, walk away auto lock, front seatbelts with load limiter and pretensioner, driver and passenger seatbelt reminder, high speed alert, ISOFIX anchorage points.

Exterior: Halogen projector headlamps, LED DRLs, halogen front fog lamps, LED turn signal on ORVMs, LED tail lamps and brake light, 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels.

Interior: Height adjustable seatbelts.

Audio & Infotainment: 5-inch display (not touchscreen) with Bluetooth/USB connectivity, four speakers and USB charging port.

The mid-spec Civic gets the following features (over previous variant):

Safety: Multi-view reverse camera with dynamic guidelines, pop-up hood for pedestrian protection (diesel only).

Interior: Premium leather upholstery, leather wrapped steering wheel, 8-way power adjustable driver seat.

Audio & Infotainment: 7-inch touchscreen, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, HDMI port, 4 tweeters.

Honda Civic ZX

The top-spec Civic gets the following features (over the VX):

Safety: Curtain airbags, Lane-Watch camera (camera under the left ORVM displays rear traffic on screen when changing lanes. It automatically relays on the display while using one-touch turn signal or can be manually operated by a button)
