After being down past Friday witching hours till almost 9 am in the morning, Airtel 4G services are back to normal in Delhi.
Airtel postpaid 4G services were down due to some technical snag.
Customer care executives had told users that it would take until noon today to resume, but thankfully it was up and running from the peak hours in the morning.
This shutdown happened without prior warning to the customers. Airtel customers told Outlook that the service provider, which is taking pride in being an open network, should have left at least a text or two to warn its customers.
