The Licence Officer of Ayurved department said he will issue Patanjali a notice asking how they got permission to make the kit that claims to treat Coronavirus.
The Minister also said that AYUSH Ministry will clear its stance on Patanjali's 'Coronil and Swasari', claimed to cure Coronavirus, after reviewing the report sent by it.
The firm claimed that their two Ayurved-based medicines have shown 100 per cent favourable results during clinical trials on COVID-19 infected patients.
Ramdev said their clinical trial found '69% patients recovered in three days and 100% patients recovered in seven days.'

Baba Ramdev claimed that yoga was the reason Jawaharlal Nehru and Narendra Modi became prime minister, noting that Congress president Rahul Gandhi is also a yoga enthusiast.

Earlier, Ramdev had filed the plea in the high court against the book titled 'Godman To Tycoon', saying the book, purportedly on his life, had defamatory content and harmed his economic interests and reputation.
"Individuals who are yet to be married, like myself, should get special recognition," said Ramdev at Gyan Kumbh inauguration.
Ramdev also said he would not campaign for the BJP in the 2019 elections, unlike in 2014 when he actively worked in favour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The company would directly procure milk from the farmers through its network and would promote products from India-based breeds.
