Heavy Rains, Strong Winds Batter Mumbai; People Asked To Stay Indoors

Incessant heavy rains and strong winds battered Mumbai and adjoining areas on Wednesday, disrupting traffic. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has appealed to the public to stay indoors.
