It’s all about Keshav Maharaj in Durban on Monday. With 263 runs to defend on final day, Maharaj led the South African bowling attack with five of the seven remaining wickets to go out with figures of 10-0-32-7. Bangladesh, who put a great fight in the first innings was a stark contrast on Monday as wickets fell like a heap of cards as the hosts wrapped up the game 55 minutes into the first session. Simon Harmer took three wickets. Incidentally, Maharaj and Harmer were the two bowlers used by Dean Elgar in the second innings. Simply disappointing from Bangladesh batters as they lasted only 19 overs and only two managed to get double digits. Bangladesh had won a historic ODI series earlier on in this series. 14:58 PM IST: Keshav Maharaj - Player of the Match

Quite emotional, playing at home is always special. Glad that I could take the team over the line. It's just about being patient and hitting my line and length for long periods of time. Simon provided control and that helped me. The hard work from the first innings paid dividends in the second. I am glad there's a shift of mindset towards spin bowling in our country. You can't take Test wins for granted, back to drawing room from tomorrow.

Conditions played a factor with regard to our team selection.Lot of learning curves for a lot of guys. Team management have worked really hard, it's a massive squad effort.

Mominul Haque (BAN): Losing three wickets yesterday was crucial. We didn't capitalise well with the bat. We played a lot of loose shots. We have one more match, we have to come back strongly. We'll try to capitalise on our opportunities.

Should South Africa win this Test match, it will be the first after 2013 in Durban. Keshav Maharaj and Simon Harmer will be the go-to men for Dean Elgar on a wearing Day 5 Kingsmead wicket. They got rid of three of the top four Bangladesh batsmen, including first-innings centurion Mahmudul Hasan Joy.
