A look at what's happening in European soccer on Sunday:

ENGLAND

The title, qualification for the three European competitions, and relegation will all be decided on the final day for the first time in Premier League history. Manchester City and Liverpool are vying for the title. City leads by one point and hosts Aston Villa while Liverpool hosts Wolverhampton. (More Football News)

The fourth and final qualification spot for the Champions League will go to either Tottenham or Arsenal. Tottenham is at Norwich, while two points ahead of Arsenal, which hosts Everton. Manchester United and West Ham are assured of being in either the Europa League or the Europa Conference League.

United, which plays at Crystal Palace, has a two-point edge but an inferior goal difference over West Ham, which is at Brighton. Leeds occupies the final relegation place but Burnley could still fall into the drop zone if its result against Newcastle is worse than the outcome for Jesse Marsch's side at Brentford.

Eight of the 10 games being played simultaneously have something riding on them beyond the extra millions of dollars at stake for even rising one place.

ITALY

The season-long duel between city rivals AC Milan and Inter Milan for the Serie A title will be decided on the final day. Milan needs only one point at Sassuolo to end an 11-year wait for the scudetto, while defending champion Inter needs to beat Sampdoria at the San Siro and hope Milan slips up.

Milan has a two-point lead over Inter and also holds the tiebreaker via a better head-to-head record. Salernitana and Cagliari are also fighting to avoid being the last club relegated.

Salernitana has a two-point lead over Cagliari entering its game against Udinese while Cagliari visits already-relegated Venezia. Cagliari holds the tiebreaker.

SPAIN

Granada, Mallorca and Cádiz play on the final day of La Liga to see which one of the three will be relegated. Cádiz enters the round in the drop zone and will need to beat the already-relegated Alavés and get some help to stay up.

Granada needs to beat Espanyol at home to avoid a scare. Mallorca can also ensure it remains in the top-flight with a win at Osasuna. Either Villarreal or Athletic Bilbao will earn the berth for the Europa Conference League by finishing seventh.

Villarreal is one point ahead of Bilbao and needs only to match Bilbao's result. Villarreal plays at Barcelona, while Bilbao is at Sevilla.
