The all-conquering Indian men’s Kabaddi team won the first edition of the kabaddi World Cup in 2004 in Mumbai, and wrested the next two as well, in 2007 and 2016. One of the Iranian players who were covered from head to toe with full length sleeves, was in the Indian half and her hijab was displaced. The Indian players surrounded her and put her hijab back on.
