Digvijay Singh vs the RSS This long-running battle, which has seen poison barbs flying in both directions for years, has become a standard reference text by now. Other skirmishes cite it unfailingly. So when the Congress’s man for all fights blitzed Team Anna, his weapon of choice was to invoke the baleful hand of the right-wing motherlode (or shall we say fatherlode?) in Nagpur. Baba Ramdev’s agitation—where dhotis, salwars and knickers all got into a twist—was easy meat for Diggy. Occasionaly taking his foot out his mouth, he waxed thunderous about RSS “bomb factories”!
