A Delhi court on Wednesday discharged Kejriwal, his deputy Sisodia and nine other AAP MLAs in the case related to the alleged assault on the then chief secretary Anshu Prakash in 2018.
Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash was allegedly attacked during a meeting at Kejriwal's official residence on February 19.
A senior police officer said that a notice has been sent to Kejriwal and he will be examined on May 18 at 11 am.
Jain was present at Kejriwal's residence in the Civil Lines area on February 19, when AAP legislators allegedly attacked Delhi's top bureaucrat Anshu Prakash.
The MLA was arrested on February 20 in connection with the alleged assault on top bureaucrat Anshu Prakash.

"It was a matter in which a 56-year-old man's dignity was openly violated," observed the court.
"It is also hoped that in the said meeting, proper decorum will be maintained and dignity of the officers will be protected."

Prakash was allegedly assaulted by AAP MLAs and others during a meeting at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence on February 19.
VK Jain, Kejriwal's adviser, was apparently at Kejriwal's residence in the Civil Lines area on Monday night, when AAP legislators allegedly attacked Prakash.
