By ticking the box on ‘Accept’, you have agreed to this legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“Entrant”) and Outlook Traveller, The Outlook Group, having its head office located at AB-10, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi – 110 029 (“Outlook Traveller”, “OT”, “We”, “Us”) which governs this registration, participation after selection, as part of the campaign and as defined herein and related property, advertisements, forms, events, prizes, communications, rules, and all other terms related to the registration. By submitting an entry for consideration (“Entry”), the Entrant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement and instructions shared with the Entrant from time to time in this regard, along with his/her co-participants. Entrant undertakes to read, understand and comply to the terms and conditions governing this Event.

WHEREAS, the Entrant is an individual representing the entire group of participants along with his/her group for the selected trip, who has submitted an Entry in the selection under the rules of this Agreement.

WHEREAS, Outlook Traveller is the creator of the registration and the campaign and has sole discretion as to the interpretation, regulation, and any and all determinations regarding the registration as described herein under this Agreement

WHEREAS, The “Registration” is a call for participation held open for a limited time as provided in this Agreement, where Outlook Traveller invites all Entrants who are eligible under the terms and conditions of this Agreement to accept its offer to participate by submitting their information as asked on the Registration Form.

NOW, THEREFORE, each Entrant of the Contest, subject to and under the terms and conditions of this Agreement herein, grants to Outlook Traveller ownership of all property rights in any of the information defined herein submitted as an Entry in the participation, including but not limited to the copyright, merchandising rights, all licenses, and any future or unpaid royalties in exchange for Entry in the participation and the opportunity to qualify for a drive as defined herein under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By making a submission, the Entrant agrees subject to the terms herein, that if their Entry is chosen, to accept an invitation to participate. With entry to the participation, the Entrant, in consideration of the foregoing premises and covenants hereinafter set forth and other valuable consideration, agrees to be legally bound to the terms and conditions under this Agreement as follows:

Participation: For the entrant or other members of his/her group to drive a Maruti Suzuki Alto car on the selected (or other) routes as part of the campaign.

Entrant Information Required: It is the responsibility of the Entrant to provide in the submission: (1) a fully completed entry form (2) Successful Participants will submit an Indemnity/Undertaking in favor of Maruti Suzuki India Limited as per the format shared by us. This information will be used to confirm receipt of each Entry, inform Entrants of the results of the selection, and promote them as participants.

Attest to Eligibility: By submitting an Entry to the registration, each Entrant (and his/her group) attests to their eligibility to enter the contest as being 18 years of age, and holding a valid driving license.

Selection: Outlook Traveller will do the selection for suitability to participate in the campaign. Outlook reserves the right to accept/reject/modify the selection of any individual along with the participant of that group without assigning any reason whatsoever, which decision will be final and binding on the Entrants.
