Hong Kong and Singapore announced the start of their highly-awaited two-way air travel bubble which is set to start on May 26.
The travel bubble will allow people to travel quarantine-free between the cities, and there are no restrictions on the purpose of travel.

The Singapore-Hong Kong air travel bubble will operate only on designated flights of Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific.
The designated flights will operate from May 26 to Jun 9 and there will be only one flight per day from Singapore to Hong Kong and vice-versa, accommodating 200 passengers per flight. The flights will increase to two from Jun 10.
Passengers must produce a negative for COVID-19 report from RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours before their departure conducted at recognized clinics or testing centers in Singapore and Hong Kong.
All those who have remained in Singapore or Hong Kong for 14 days prior to departure are eligible for travel (excluding the mandatory quarantine and stay-home notice period from their last return to Singapore or Hong Kong).
S-Pass holders working in the construction, process sectors or marine shipyard are excluded from travelling from Singapore to Hong Kong under the travel bubble.

Residents of Hong Kong need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before boarding their flight to Singapore, but Singapore will not require its travellers to be vaccinated. The vaccination rule is not applicable to residents who are below 16 years or for those who have been denied the vaccine due to medical grounds.
All the passengers will need to install their destination city’s contract-tracing applications prior to departure.
Visitors to Hong Kong are required to download the LeaveHomeSafe app on their mobile devices and scan the QR codes displayed at the relevant premises they visit.
Travellers from Singapore will need to fill and submit a health declaration on a Health & Quarantine Information Declaration Form within 48 hours before they arrive in Hong Kong.
