Abu Dhabi’s state-owned carrier Etihad Airways has decided to resume international flights from Dubai to 58 destinations by August 2020.

As of June, the airline was operating to 29 destinations and they intend to increase the frequency with a wider network of flights. Etihad aims to operate at about 45% of its pre-coronavirus capacity by August.

The airlines has also introduced Etihad Wellness, a sanitisation and safety programme to ensure the highest safety standards are followed throughout a passenger’s journey. The programme will include specially trained 'Wellness Ambassadors' who will provide essential travel health information and care.
