Thailand Extends Free Visa-On-Arrival Scheme For Indians Till October 2019

If travelling within the country is getting a little crazy with rising prices, how about heading to Thailand instead? Not only will it be an international holiday within the same budget but it will also be a break from the bustle of daily chores! Now, here is the good news bit: if you’re an Indian, you won’t need to pay for a visa, at least till October 2019.

The Thailand government has further extended the extremely popular free visa-on-arrival scheme till October 31, 2019. Initially, it was waived till January this year, then extended to April 30. The scheme having proved extremely popular with tourists, the government has decided to further give travellers from 21 countries seven more months to enjoy a visa-free Thai holiday. And India is one of the 21!
