If you are a dog lover and plan to visit the United States in the near future, then schedule your flight via the Denver International Airport. The airport has the perfect solution to cheer you up after the long tedious flight journey. With more than a stress therapy hundred dogs appointed at the airport, make sure to spend time with a few of them before leaving the place. The overloaded cuteness of more than 40 different breeds will oblige you to pet some of them.
The Canine Airport Therapy Squad (CATS) is an initiative by the airport as a stress relief program for the passengers waiting for their delayed flights. The owners of the dogs volunteer for about 2 hours a day taking their pet around different concourses where the passengers would be present. The dogs wear a vest stating ‘Pet Me’ and about four dogs pay a visit to the stressed passengers daily. You can get information about their location from the airport's Twitter account. Hug, pet and take pictures with the iconic squad of the Denver International Airport. From a mighty Siberian Husky to an adorable Schnauzer, your worries would only last till they arrive.
The Denver International Airport is the 20thbusiest airport in the world and the CATS has made sure that everyone leaving the airport is cheerful. The squad has also welcomed a cat called Xeli to their group for the cat lovers. The airport has attained a milestone in keeping their customers satisfied through their extraordinary service. Closer home, our very own Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai has 'comfort' therapy dogs to help a weary traveller feel calmer.
