India’s first design festival dedicated to the public, Bengaluru By Design, is all set to launch from 23 November - 2 December 2018. Over 20 events across 9 days with the aim of engaging an audience of over 6 million through public installations, workshops, conferences, screenings, talks and design-pop-ups, design markets, and more will be spread across the city.The festival aims to engage with diverse audiences via a series of design interventions.
Fostering innovation and creativity from within the community while empowering the public to participate through innovative programming, it hopes to challenge public perceptions of design through experience. The festival has an ambition to share India’s thriving design scene with the world at large. With an overwhelming number of participants from over the world, the fashion extravaganza will honor the city's talents and provide a platform for international creative dialogue.
