Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces (tajhotels.com) has now come out with an app that will streamline the planning of your Taj holiday. The new app helps you book your preferred Taj property using a map-based interactive feature. The app uses a primarily customer-centric interface that allows you to browse through all Taj properties by first selecting a destination, and then the hotel, along with maps and directions to the property. You can proceed to do your bookings, find out about special offers and programmes, and even join the Taj Inner Circle benefits programme. Soon, Taj plans t add other functionalities like a service chat, mobile check-in and check-out, location-based promotions and even restaurant reservations.
