Milan's Paper Moon Makes Its Debut In India

Paper Moon is a flagship restaurant in the heart of Milan. The first brach is located in a 200-year-old neoclassical palazzo square in the centre of the city’s Golden Triangle fashion district. Started in the 1970s, the restaurant has grown in stature and maintained its reputation as the destination of choice for Milan’s residents and glitterati alike. The owners, Stefania Galligani and Claudio Berton, have a hold on the city’s style scene as proprietors of fashion week’s unofficial post-catwalk canteen.

Following a string of openings aboard, Paper Moon has now arrived on Indian shores.

India’s largest hospitality company, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), has introduced the Italian restaurant in Goa. This marks the debut of the brand in India, which will bring with it the famed Italian gastronomic traditions.

Located in Taj Fort Aguada Resort and Spa, Paper Moon overlooks the historic 16^th century coastal fort and the Arabian Sea, offering guests a culinary experience with a view.

Paper Moon, which opened its first restaurant in Milan in 1977, will present its trademark traditional Italian cuisine at its new outpost, which reflects Goa’s vibrant spirit. Crafted using the freshest produce, the menu at Paper Moon changes with the season. An exquisite choice of ingredients will allow guests to experience a fresh variety of delicacies every season. Guests can choose from a wide selection of wines and cocktails made with local ingredients to complement popular dishes, and also experience a cafe offering the best Italian coffee and drinks. Combined with the warmth of Taj’s legendary hospitality and service excellence, Paper Moon will bring alive the magic of a true Italian culinary experience in the heart of Goa.
