If there is any place in India that can give European cities a run for their money during Christmas is Goa. From sombre ceremonies at the colourfully decorated churches, the illuminated homes and singing of carols, to parties with families and friends, the sunshine state turns into a land of fiestas.

However, if you are looking to get away from the loud noise and partying without sacrificing the fun element, you may drop in at the DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji.  They have curated a series of meal plans which are fuss free and can be enjoyed in a serene setting.
