The year might be ending soon but that's no reason to stop celebrating. November and December will play host to numerous festivals across the country, from art and culture to music, cherry blossoms to camels. PUSHKAR CAMEL FAIR

INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL OF INDIA

India’s love for films and cinema is not new. It dates back to the time of post independence, when IFFI’s first edition took place with the patronage of the first Prime Minister of India – Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru. IFFI has also been the first International Film Festival held anywhere in Asia. The festival this year will be held in Goa, and will showcase films across multiple venues and films in over 15 sections. A celebration of contemporary music and art, their incredible line up this year includes Daniel Avery, The Black Madonna amongst the others. While there one can choose their preferred accommodation too. In case you wish to witness the royalty of a palace, the Alsisar Mahal is open. JASHN-E-REKHTA

This celebration of language and culture needs no introduction. Hosting their 6th edition this year, the festival is the celebration of the diversity and multi faceted of the language Urdu.
