Kaffa Cerrado opens its newest flagship outlet in Delhi

The whirring of the roastery turns to a soft purring on the other side of the glass wall. It makes for a mellow background score that soothes you into the day as easily as the coffee placed in front of you. The first thing you would notice about Kaffa Cerrado's new store is an intelligent use of space, as their Okhla building--with its huge bay walls and high ceilings--turns from a factory to a cafe, adding several dimensions effortlessly. The whole decor screams warmth with cream-coloured walls, red bricks, and limestones.

Kaffa Cerrado's flagship store and factory in OkhlaThe flagship outlet of Kaffa Cerrado Roastery is a place where you can try coffee from all over the world, from Papua New Guinea, Kenya, Peru, Costa Rica and the many states in India. But it is their factory next to it in Okhla that sets them apart. Just behind the cafe, the factory is where the magic happens; something you can witness first-hand. Guests can sample beans from over fifteen regions across the world. The owners personalise the experience, right from the sourcing, roasting, tasting and serving. Each step can be customised to your tastes, or even better you could trust the experts and let them serve you the best. Whether you prefer a latte, a cappuccino or cold brews, they have you covered.

The coffee brand serves only vegetarian food that goes well with the flavours of coffee. The owners are vegetarian too and wish to serve only what they can personally assess the quality of. The menu, much like the cafe that seats only twenty-five, is uncluttered with simple finger food and quick bites. They offer sandwiches, desserts and of course, an all-day breakfast menu. With such quality service on offer, we have no doubt that Kaffa Cerrado will fast become every coffee lover’s haunt.
