Cardarine is not as popular as it should be, misunderstood, and if you’re not using it, you could be missing out big time. Cardarine results can be impressive, but only if you use it right.

What I’m going to do here is review Cardarine completely for you.

We will discuss Cardarine cycle length, dosage, and which other SARMs it is best stacked with. Plus, I’ll talk about how to use it on its own. I will cover how it works, side effects, and warnings to be aware of, and I’ll also talk about those before and after photos and written claims that you’ll see online, and how reliable they are.

I’ll finish by telling you where I buy Cardarine from, and why it’s getting more difficult to find Cardarine for sale right now and probably for the foreseeable future.

What Exactly Is Cardarine GW-501516?

Cardarine is referred to as a SARM, a selective androgen receptor modulator. It’s marketed within a group of around nine main SARMs.

However, Cardarine is not androgenic at all. Therefore, it’s not a selective androgen receptor modulator at all. It’s purely lumped in with androgenic SARMs (and some other chemicals which are also non-androgenic), just to keep it simple for selling.

But it’s a problem because a lot of people think Cardarine is exactly the same as androgenic SARMs like Testolone, Andarine, and Ligandrol. Cardarine, also referred to by the alphanumeric name GW-501516 is actually a PPAR-Delta agonist.

It doesn’t work as a modulator of the androgen receptors at all, it works by helping to regulate the transport and oxidation of fatty acids in the body. PPAR-Delta agonists of various types of been used to help with the treatment of the metabolic syndrome. Therefore, they alter how our metabolism works, mainly by lowering levels of triglycerides and blood sugar.

The Potential Benefits Of Using Cardarine

For bodybuilding purposes, the specific benefit of using Cardarine that we are looking for is the fact that it’s been proven to change the body’s fuel preference from its normal fast-burning glucose sugar to lipids (fatty acids).

Doing that, it’s giving you two types of fuel to burn, resulting in a higher availability of energy for the body to burn.

That’s why Cardarine is informally known as “energy in a bottle”. That’s why it’s been used by athletes legally, and why it’s banned by every single professional sporting body you can think of. So it definitely does work.

These are the broader benefits that Cardarine can bring:

  • Changes in energy availability for higher output
  • Insulin sensitivity
  • Glucose tolerance
  • Lowers total and LDL cholesterol levels
  • Potential to burn fat and promote weight loss
  • Increases athletic performance
  • Increases endurance

So as you can see, even on its own, it has a good range of benefits that can help people generally, but in terms of bodybuilding, that increase in energy availability and endurance is crucial for pushing personal bests, developing muscle, but also for burning fat faster.

On top of all that, recent research has also found that PPAR Delta plays a role in muscle oxidative metabolism and mitochondriogenesis. Further proving that it delivers significant energy to muscle tissue, both during endurance and recovery.

Cardarine Dosage & Typical Use

Cardarine is pretty potent stuff. Therefore, when you are looking at Cardarine dosage range, it’s going to be pretty low.

Trials in animals, along with phase I and phase II clinical trials on humans, have used doses as low as 2 mg per day.

Typically, 5 mg per day seems to have been used. Bodybuilders also seem to top out at around 10 mg per day. For me, a low dose is 5 mg, and your maximum dose should be 10 mg. If you are stacking it, I wouldn’t go higher than 5 mg per day.

Cardarine can be used on its own to improve athletic endurance. That way you can naturally body build, but the Cardarine will allow you to go harder, longer, and push yourself further.

On top of that, it will help with faster recovery times, and give fuel to muscle tissue to help with regeneration.

In stacks, Cardarine is used in the base of both cutting and bulking stacks to increase energy output and endurance. This allows muscles to be worn down the regrowth in a bulking cycle more aggressively, and for more energy use and therefore fat burning in a cutting cycle.

What Realistic Cardarine Results And Effects Can You Get?

In terms of Cardarine effects, its potency is best used for energy output benefits.

In terms of bodybuilding, you will benefit from a significant up rate in your available energy levels when you work out. If you could push yourself for one hour really hard, then after 90 minutes using Cardarine you’re going to hit the same plateau. Therefore, it can be really effective at adding as much as 50% to your available energy before you tire.

Post-workout it’s brilliant as well though. Because it continues pushing higher levels of energy to the muscles, it will help with both recovery and muscle development.

A cut for any type of exercise will allow you to push yourself harder and have higher levels of endurance. That means you will be burning higher amounts of calories and prioritizing fat burning more than you would usually.

Plus, that increase in energy means you are using your muscles and ligaments more, which means you will build your strength levels more rapidly as well.

These are the reasons why Cardarine is a much-talked-about secret in many sports and fitness communities generally.

Its ability to increase energy metabolism, burn fat, and induce faster recovery, is why it’s so widely used.

For me, I found that my energy output was incredible using Cardarine. Where I would tail off usually after an hour or so at the gym, I was still going strong and powering through the workout. I always wanted more, and I made incredible progress on Cardarine alone just from the energy output point of view.

Cardarine Cycle Length & Stacking Advice

Let’s talk now about what sort of cycle length you should be using the Cardarine, or even more generally, SARMs.

Because Cardarine is non-anabolic, you don’t have problems with gradually depleting natural testosterone production. However, it’s not something you should use indefinitely. But you can push it to a longer cycle length.

On its own, there is absolutely nothing wrong with cycling Cardarine for 12 weeks or longer. However, you should keep doses as low as possible, and have a good break afterward. Certainly, even on its own, you shouldn’t be using more than 10 mg of Cardarine per day.

In a stack, I’d recommend the ceiling is 5 mg, or even less. You’ll be getting an increase in energy and endurance on the other SARMs to some degree, and it can cause a problem with your energy and endurance outweighing the capacity of your muscles, ligaments, and bone structure to support it.

If you’re going to stack Cardarine, it’s the ideal base for any cutting or bulking stack. In both cases, you need increased energy and endurance, faster recovery times, and for cutting, faster burning of fat.

That’s why for me, Cardarine is a brilliant all-rounder, and one of the core SARMs I always use. The only thing that comes close to it is SR-9009 Stenabolic, which uses a different mechanism of action in the body to produce similar effects.

However, Cardarine is the only one that also helps to lower cholesterol, lessen insulin sensitivity, and balance out glucose tolerance.

Are Ostarine And Cardarine A Good Stack?

People often ask if Cardarine and Ostarine is a good stack. The answer for me is yes, it’s a brilliant beginner cutting stack.

Ostarine is great for telling the body to burn more fat than naturally. On top of that, it can also tell the body to burn fat in preference to muscle, making it perfect for cutting cycles where you are in a calorie deficit for several weeks.

Cardarine then also produces a higher level of energy output. That pushes you through the calorie deficit with more energy, and because of the way it really balances the burning of glucose and fat, you will also burn more fat than you would naturally.

Together, at around 5 mg of Cardarine, and 20 mg of Ostarine per day, it’s quite mild, non-androgenic in side effects, and will certainly allow you to cut around 50% more fat than you could naturally in the same time.

Cardarine Side Effects & Warnings

There really aren’t any serious Cardarine side effects. Within normal dosage ranges, people rarely report any problems at all.

A few years back, Cardarine got a bad reputation because people claimed it caused cancer. More specifically, it was stated it could lead to the development of cancer cells.

However, it’s important to note that all came from a single study on lab rats.

In that study, those lab rats were given doses that were the equivalent of around 40 mg per day for over 100 weeks constantly. Obviously, that’s insane, and it’s little wonder that with that high dose over a year, there were problems within the body of those rats.

For me, it’s an advisory, but at normal dosage levels, with plenty of breaks, and the fact you’re not going to be doing this for your entire life, means that the chances of it being a real problem are close to zero.

Also, later studies have contradicted this by concluding that PPAR-Delta agonists do not cause the proliferation of cancer cells.

Even more confusingly, several studies conducted have also concluded that at normal dosage ranges, Cardarine actually has anti-tumor properties, meaning it can stop the proliferation of cancer cells, as proven and observed in lab rat studies.

So it’s as clear as mud perhaps, but for me, at normal doses over normal cycle lengths, it’s pretty close to zero as a risk. In fact, if you look at the statistics, compared to smoking, sitting out in the sun, or drinking alcohol, it’s still lower than all of them.

What Do Cardarine Reviews Online Say?

When you’re looking at sites like Reddit, a brilliant bodybuilding community for SARMs, Cardarine reviews online tend to be highly positive. After 20 years of this stuff being available, I’m still not seeing people starting to talk about long-term side effects. Certainly, people don’t seem to be dropping dead using this stuff.

Quite the opposite, most reviews online a very positive both initially, and people using it for the long term.

Cardarine Before And After Photos Warning

Before I continue this Cardarine review I just want to give you a brief warning about those Cardarine before and after photos that you will see online.

Actually, this warning applies to all SARMs and supplements, to be honest. You simply can’t trust them. You cannot know whether they actually use Cardarine, whatever. You can’t know what time period, dose, work they did, what diet and exercise I had the starting point physically, none of it.

My advice is simply to ignore before and after photos and just educate yourself on the pros and cons of each supplement. Then sensibly try it for yourself, monitor your progress, and see if it works for you.

Where To Find Cardarine For Sale

Let’s finish here by telling you where you can find Cardarine for sale.

Let me also say, it’s getting hard to find SARMs generally. At the end of 2020, China banned the manufacture and export of SARMs. That was done under pressure from the Americans, which basically regulated SARMs in the USA by the back door.

But right now, you can still buy SARMs of high-quality from several reliable SARMs sellers.

Chemyo does a great range of SARMs, although sometimes they are out of stock due to supply problems. You can buy a bottle of liquid Cardarine with a 500 mg total dose for just $59.99

Swiss Chems also do a range of high-quality SARMs, but only in powdered capsule format. 60 capsules, with a total dose of 600 mg, costs $69.95.
