A petition has been filed in a local court against former RSS Chief, K S Sudarshan for making objectionable remarks against Congress President, Sonia Gandhi.
The petition filed yesterday in the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate, Brajesh Goyal by advocate Shailendra Dwivedi will come up for hearing on December 13.
Dwivedi charged in his petition that Sudarshan's remarks against Sonia had damaged national unity and insulted the whole women community.
He requested the court that a stern attitude be adopted against Sudarshan and demanded that a case should be filed against him.
