The office, situated at the sprawling Paul Charity City in Sadasivapet, will be opened at 11 am, he told reporters today.
"The purpose of starting Prajashanti Party is to redeem people from slavery, promote equality among all people and all faiths and all castes and to establish true democracy," Paul said.
Even though India has been a democracy since it got independence, the spirit of democracy has been devalued with one family remaining in power for long, he alleged.
Replying to a query, Paul said his party's flag, to be unveiled tomorrow, would represent peace, prosperity and purity.
He said he would undertake a state-wide tour from next month to mobilise support for his party.
The party is likely to field candidates in all the 294 seats in the state and will have alliance with other parties if necessary, he added.
