The two are being sent to Nalanda for a detailed inquiry after the Panchayati Raj Minister Upendra Prasad Verma agreed to suggestions by Deputy Speaker Bhola Singh today.
Singh made the suggestions as agitated Opposition NDA members created an uproar in the House, accusing the Nalanda district administration of ''utter failure'' in taking preventive steps despite earlier apprehensions about the killing.
Twelve people - a brick kiln owner and 11 labourers - were mowed down by assailants late Friday night.
Earlier, replying to adjournment motions of Sharavan Kumar (JD-U) and others, Verma informed the House that five persons, including a brick-kiln owner, had already been taken into custody by the police and brushed aside the allegation that the Nalanda police had proved to be ineffective in controlling the crime.
The state government had given necessary instructions to Nalanda district magistrate with respect to providing compensation and jobs to dependents of each of the deceased, he added.
