Thirteen more persons succumbed to swine flu in different parts of Rajasthan in the last 48 hours, taking the toll due to death-related disease to 225 this year, an official of state Medical and Health Directorate said today.
Out of a total of 4,734 patients who were tested positive for the HINI virus, 225 have died since January 1 this year, the official said.
Jaipur has reported the maximum number of deaths with the toll rising to 42, followed by Ajmer and Jodhpur 27 each, Nagaur 22, Barmer 18, Kota 11, Pali 9, Sikar and Chittorgarh 7 each, Banswara 6, Jhunjhunu and Tonk 5 each, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Churu, Udaipur, Dausa, 4 each.
