New Delhi, Jun 13 (PTI) State-run power giant NTPC has energised 150 kWp canal top solar PV System on cooling water (CW) channel inside power station premises at its 2,320 MW, Mouda Thermal Power Project, near Nagpur in Maharashtra.

This novel Solar PV system makes use of side walls of CW channels as load bearing structure thereby significantly decreasing cost of civil and mounting structure, NTPC statement said.

Titan's e-store launches chat bot by Gupshup to aid e-shoppers

Bot platform, Gupshup today announced the launch of the chat bot it has developed for Titan Company for its e-commerce store.

Currently active on Titan Company’s E-comm store and Facebook Messenger, the chat bot can hold automated conversations with customers and offer them a highly personalised shopping experience, a statement from Titan said.

Through the bot, customers can explore Titan's range of products, get recommendations and raise queries about order tracking, shipment among other things.

New Delhi, Jun 13 (PTI) E-commerce major Amazon India today said it has doubled the number of merchants on its e- commerce platform to two lakh in less than a year.

Amazon.In has crossed the two million seller base mark in just four years of the company's operations in India, Amazon.In said in a statement.

It added that the company has doubled the number in less than a year of crossing the one lakh seller count last July.

"This fast pace of adoption has come on the back of various unique, India-first innovations like feet on street teams, self-service registration, Chai Cart and Tatkal," the statement said.

It added that partnerships with several national and state government bodies also helped in reaching the milestone.
