The uncontentious popularity and youth fanaticism of PM Narendra Modi were once again on display as a young man breached the Indian Prime Minister's security covers and tried to garland Modi in Karnataka. The incident took place during Modi's roadshow in Hubbali, Karnataka.

While the police, as per media reports, say that there was no security breach, the man was pulled away by security personnel whose attempt to garland the Prime Minister went unsuccessful. However, in a video shared by ANI, Modi can be seen taking the garland in his hand.

The PM's convoy was travelling from the airport to the venue of the National Youth Festival. The man frenzied through the crowd and reached the vehicle carrying PM Modi. As per India Today reports, the entire stretch of the road where the incident happened was secured by the Special Protection Group (SPG) and PM Modi had allowed the young man to garland him.
