Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Bhupendra Patel on Monday took oath as the 18th Chief Minister of Gujarat. Besides Patel, 16 Cabinet members were also sworn in. Top BJP leaders such as Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union ministers Rajnath Singh and Amit Shah, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath and Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan attended the swearing-in ceremony. This will be BJP's seventh consecutive term in Gujarat.
